    Cut the potatoes and lotus root into strips and blanch in oil; set aside.

    Cut the green chilies into sections and chop the onion into chunks.

    Cut the marinated duck wings in half and blanch in oil; set aside.

    In a pot, heat 50g of oil and sauté some streaky pork until fragrant, then add the bird's eye chilies.

    Once fragrant and colored, remove and place in a dry pot, garnishing with some crispy dough twists and cilantro.

    In the same pot, stir-fry the duck wings, then add the green chili sections and onion. Finally, incorporate the potatoes and lotus root strips.
