Preparation of Ingredients
Slice the sole fish into fillets, marinate, and set aside.
Cut tomatoes into slices, peel and chop fried peanuts, and prepare chopped green onions for later use.
Cooking Steps
Put 50g oil in the pot, add Tomato Hot Pot Base and stir-fry until fragrant. Add tomatoes and stir-fry until fragrant.
Pour in water and bring to a boil. Remove the tomatoes and place them in a bowl.
Bring the broth to a boil, add the fish fillets, and cook until done. Remove the fillets and thicken the sauce with cornstarch, adding sesame oil, then pour the soup into a bowl.
