Preparation of Ingredients
Cut the beef brisket into chunks and blanch in water; set aside.
Blanch the tomatoes, peel, and cut into large pieces; set aside.
Cooking Steps
Heat 50g of oil in a pot, add ginger, green onions, Sichuan peppercorns, and beef brisket, and stir-fry until fragrant. Then add the Tomato Hot Pot Base and sauté until aromatic.
Pour in water and bring to a boil. Transfer the beef brisket to a pressure cooker and cook for about 25 minutes.
Once the beef is tender, transfer it back to the pot and add the tomatoes. Bring to a boil and thicken with cornstarch.
Serve in a dish, garnished with fresh cilantro.
