Preparation of Ingredients
Remove the head and bones from the fish, slice the fillet, and marinate. Fry the fish head and bones in oil and set aside.
Cut small green chilies and bird's eye chilies into rings and set aside.
Cooking Steps
In a pot, heat salad oil and sauté the Chinese sauerkraut until fragrant, then add the Golden Soup Sauerkraut Fish Seasoning. Stir-fry until aromatic and add water to adjust the taste.
Add the fried fish head and bones to the pot, cooking until done, then remove and place in a bowl.
Cook the marinated fish slices in the broth until done, then scoop them into the bowl.
In the same pot, heat salad oil again, add bird's eye chili rings and green chili rings, sauté briefly, then pour over the fish slices. Serve hot and enjoy!
