    Slice the pork tenderloin into shreds and marinate; set aside.

    Drain the Chinese sauerkraut and cut it into thick shreds.

    In a pan, heat an appropriate amount of salad oil until it reaches 59% heat. Add the shredded pork and stir-fry until just cooked, then remove from the pan.

    Add 50g of oil to the pan, stir-fry the Chinese sauerkraut until fragrant, then add the pork and sweet pepper strips. Stir-fry until everything is cooked through and thicken with cornstarch.
