    Cut broccoli into large florets and blanch; cook sweet corn until tender and set aside.

    Thaw and clean the frozen pig ears thoroughly.

    In a pot, bring water to a boil, then add the pig ears and braise until fully cooked. Remove and cut into small pieces.

    In a bowl, mix 100g braising sauce with sugar, MSG, chicken powder, and cornstarch to create a light slurry.

    Use a small bowl to mold the rice, then place it upside down on a plate. Arrange the corn and broccoli around it.
