    Slice the beef and mix with meat tenderizer and seasoning. Add oil and rice flour, then mix in the water until well combined; set aside.

    Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into chunks; set aside.
  4. Cooking Steps

    In a bowl, place the sweet potato at the bottom, then layer the marinated beef on top.

    Fill the steamer with water. Once boiling, place the bowl inside and steam for 50 minutes.

    Once the beef and sweet potato are fully cooked, remove from the steamer and garnish with chopped green onions and cilantro before serving.
