    Peel and cut the sweet potato into chunks; set aside.

    Chop the pork ribs into short pieces; set aside.

    Toss the spareribs with meat tenderizer, and seasoning mix until evenly coated.

    Mix in the rice flour, water, and oil until well combined; set aside.
  4. Cooking Steps

    In a large bowl, layer the sweet potato at the bottom and place the marinated spareribs on top.

    Add water to the steamer and, once it’s steaming, place the bowl with the spareribs inside to steam for 80 minutes.

    Once the spareribs are fully cooked, remove from the steamer and garnish with chopped green onions and cilantro before serving.
