    Thaw the frozen yellow croaker, remove the internal organs and gills, and wash thoroughly.

    Marinate with 100g yellow rice wine, along with 20g ginger and 20g green onions, then set aside.

    Heat salad oil in a pan until it reaches 60% hot, then fry the yellow croaker until crispy and dry. Remove and set aside.

    In the same pan, add more salad oil, then sauté ginger, green onions, and garlic until fragrant. Stir in the Green Sichuan Pepper Spicy Fish Seasoning, then add water and the fried yellow croaker, allowing the flavors to meld.
