    Prepare chopped green onions and cut the cilantro into short sections.

    Rinse the potato starch noodles with cold water to remove odor.

    Put an appropriate amount of water into the pot, blanch the cleaned clam after the water boils, and remove the clams after the clams open for later use.

    Add 300g broth to the pot, put in Golden Soup Sauerkraut Seasoning and stir it. Add Chinese sauerkraut and bring to a boil for later use.
