    Dice the bird's eye chilies and green chilies, and set aside.

    Clean the chicken feet thoroughly and deep fry until golden and crispy, then set aside.
  4. Cooking Steps

    In a pressure cooker, add water, Chinese sauerkraut, Golden Soup Sauerkraut Fish Seasoning, and chicken feet.

    Pressure cook for about 8 minutes until tender, then remove and place in a bowl.

    Strain the solids and pour the broth into the bowl with the chicken feet.
