    Blanch the thawed chicken feet and set aside.

    Clean the taro, cut into chunks, and boil until cooked, then set aside.

    In a pot, heat salad oil and sauté the Handmade Beef Tallow Hot Pot Base of Hao Ren Jia until fragrant.

    Add water and bring to a boil, then transfer the chicken feet to a pressure cooker and cook for 10 minutes until tender.

    Add the pressure-cooked chicken feet to the pot along with the taro, season to taste, and simmer on low heat until fully flavored.
