    Thaw the frozen squid tentacles, clean them thoroughly, and cut them into appropriate sizes. Lightly fry in oil and set aside.

    Dice the green chilies and bird's eye chilies for later use.

    Heat 50g of salad oil in a pan. Add the Sichuan peppercorns and dried chili sections, stir-fry until fragrant, then add the Spicy Stir Fry Pot Seasoning.
