  3. Preparation of Ingredients

    Cut the spareribs into pieces and cook until done, then set aside.

    Cut the green and red chilies into chunks and set aside.

    In a pan, heat an appropriate amount of salad oil until it reaches 60% hot, then fry the spareribs briefly and set aside.

    In the same pan, add 50g of salad oil, followed by dried chilies and Sichuan peppercorns, stirring until fragrant.

    Add the Spicy Chicken Seasoning, then the spareribs, and stir-fry together. Finally, incorporate the green and red chili chunks until cooked through. Serve on a plate.
