    Dice the green and red chilies and briefly fry in oil, set aside.

    Slice the shrimp along the back, marinate, coat with starch, and fry briefly in oil, then set aside.

    Heat 50g of oil in a wok. Add the Green Sichuan Pepper Fish Seasoning and stir-fry until aromatic. Then, add the diced green and red chilies.
