    Cut the firm tofu into cubes and set aside.

    Chop the green onions into small pieces and set aside.
  4. Cooking Steps

    In a pot, heat oil and sauté the Chinese sauerkraut until fragrant; then add 30g of Green Sichuan Pepper Fish Seasoning.

    Pour in the water and bring to a boil. Add the tofu and simmer until heated through and well-flavored. Thicken with cornstarch.
