    Thaw the frozen shrimp and trim the whiskers clean. Set aside.

    Heat a sufficient amount of oil in a pot to 60% hot, fry the shrimp, and then remove them.

    In the same pot, add 50g salad oil and sauté the Thirteen Spices Crayfish Seasoning, then pour in the beer.

    Add the shrimp and cook thoroughly, allowing the flavors to infuse. Remove the shrimp and plate them nicely.
