    Cut the beef into pieces and blanch them for later use.

    Cut the bean jelly into blocks and blanch oil for later use.

    Cut celery flowers and cilantro into pieces for later use.

    Put 50g salad oil into the pot, put in Spicy Fish Seasoning and Hot Pot Base, and add water.

    Add beef, MSG and chicken powder.
