    Clean the scallops thoroughly and cut each one in half, making 12 pieces.

    Crush the bird's eye chilies, mix with Garlic Crayfish Seasoning and Maggi seasoning, and set aside.

    Chop the green onions for garnish.

    Boil an appropriate amount of water in a pot and set aside.

    Arrange the scallops on a plate, place 15g of vermicelli on each, and then top with the scallops.

    Evenly spread 12g of the garlic mixture on each scallop and steam over high heat for 6 minutes.
