    Remove the whiskers and sharp head tips from the prawns, cut them in half lengthwise from the back to the head, and clean them thoroughly.

    Crush the bird's eye chilies, mix with Garlic Crayfish Seasoning and Maggi seasoning, and set aside.

    Chop the green onions for garnish.

    Boil an appropriate amount of water in a pot and set aside.

    Arrange the prawns with the tails facing up and the cut sides facing upwards in a straight line.
