    Cut spareribs into 5 cm pieces and rinse to remove blood.

    Boil water in a pot, add spareribs with ginger and green onion slices, skim off foam, and blanch to remove blood; drain and set aside.

    Once cooled, coat spareribs evenly with starch.

    Heat 30g salad oil in a pan until 70% hot, then fry the coated spareribs until golden brown; remove and set aside.

    In a clean pan, heat oil to 70% hot, add Sweet and Sour Spareribs Seasoning and mix in water starch to thicken the sauce over high heat.

    Once the sauce thickens, add the fried spareribs.

    Drizzle with a bit more oil, stir-fry over high heat, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds, and toss briefly before serving.
